Buyer's Costs

1. Recording fees: $6 for first page, $4.50 for each additional page. Approx: Condo deed:$10.50, other deeds $6, mortgage $24.50-$50, note documentary stamps: $.35 per $100 of loan amount, mortgage intangible tax $.20 per $100 of loan amount.
2. Owner's title insurance premium: Based on purchase price
3. Lender's title insurance premium: $200 if issued simultaneously with owner's policy
4. Title insurance endorsements: $25 each and Florida form 9 based onpurchase price
5. Title update after deed recorded: $150
6. Loan closing points: Approx. 2% to 3% of loan amount (includes origination fee and discount fee)
